Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action: Date of Closure
(Title 5, Division 7.5, California Code of Regulations Sections 76240, 76245)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (hereinafter “BPPE”), Department of Consumer Affairs, is proposing to take the action to amend section 76240 and add section 76245, of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations relating to Date of Closure.

Comments to the Proposed Text will be accepted until Tuesday June 4, 2024.
