NOTICE OF PROPOSED REGULATORY ACTION CONCERNING: Repeal of Ability-to-Benefit Language
The Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education has published a Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action to amend sections 71210, 71475, 71770, and 71920 of Division 7.5 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations related to the Repeal of Ability-to-Benefit Language.
Public Hearing
The Bureau has not scheduled a public hearing on this proposed action. However, the Bureau will hold a hearing if it receives a written request for a public hearing from any interested person, or their authorized representative, no later than 15 days prior to the close of the written comment period. A hearing may be requested by making such request in writing addressed to the individuals listed under “Contact Person” in this Notice.
Comment Period
Any person interested may present statements or arguments relevant to the action proposed in writing. Written comments, including those sent by mail, facsimile, or e-mail to the addresses listed under Contact Person in the Notice, must be received by the Bureau at its office by Tuesday, November 1, 2022, by 5:00 p.m.
