Upcoming Town Hall on Law Changes

The Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education will be holding a virtual Town Hall on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 10 am, to discuss Senate Bill (SB) 1433 (2022), effective January 1, 2023. SB 1433 reauthorizes the Bureau for four years and makes numerous other changes to the Private Postsecondary Education Act.

The purpose of the Town Hall is to brief stakeholders on these forthcoming changes and to solicit input on areas where public guidance is needed. Information received during the Town Hall will inform the Bureau’s forthcoming guidance to stakeholders about the new laws and their implementation.
