Ryan Jenkins, CSP® (Certified Speaking Professional) ™ is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, virtual trainer, and a Wall Street Journal bestselling author on the topics of leadership, generational differences, workplace loneliness, and the future of work. For a decade Ryan has inspired and equipped audiences with the necessary insights and tools to succeed in the new era of work. He is an active columnist for Inc Magazine, Psychology Today, and Entrepreneur Magazine.

Having spent all of his professional career devoted to higher education policy oversight and implementation, Tom Netting has an extensive knowledge of the laws and regulations governing all aspects of higher education. His considerable background and experience have afforded him the opportunity to view the development and implementation of federal higher education and workforce development policy in their entirety – including issues related to higher education and workforce development, health care, veteran affairs policies and the procurement of federal appropriations.
Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education
Deborah Cochrane is the Bureau Chief of California’s Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, which protects students and consumers through the oversight of California’s private postsecondary educational institutions. Prior to her appointment, Cochrane was the Executive Vice President of The Institute for College Access & Success, focused on pursuing student-centered public policies that promote affordability, accountability, and equity in higher education, where she led the organizations policy, research, and advocacy work on California and national issues.

Keith Zakarin exclusively represents private postsecondary schools and colleges. His representation of these schools nationwide includes such diverse areas of law as student and employee litigation, regulatory and administrative counseling and litigation, mergers and acquisitions, accreditation counseling and advocacy, employment counseling and risk management. Mr. Zakarin is not just an attorney representing colleges; he also owned and operated an accredited private college for thirteen years.
Duanne Morris LLP
Edward M. Cramp represents institutions of higher education around the United States in accreditation, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. He is a team lead for the Duane Morris Education industry group. He also serves as the managing partner of the firm’s San Diego office. Mr. Cramp is active in the higher education community. He regularly speaks at conferences and events throughout the country on a variety of issues. Mr. Cramp also teaches higher education law and compliance as an adjunct faculty member at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and College of Education.
