Urgent: Year Three HEERF Annual Report Due Tuesday, April 18, 2023: Has Your Institution Submitted?
Late this afternoon, the U.S. Department of Education contacted CECU to express concern that nearly 600 institutions still have not submitted their Year 3 Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) Annual Performance Report (APR), and a large number of institutions still have their Year 2 HEERF APR outstanding. Year 3 HEERF annual reports were due March 24, 2023. Click here to see if your institution is on the Department’s list.

ICYMI: Department of Education Indefinitely Delays Third-Party Servicer Guidance
The U.S. Department of Education announced it would delay the effective date of its guidance on third-party servicers (TPS) and institutions. The new effective date, which the Department does not specify, will be at least six months after the publication of any new revised final guidance letter. Read the full GR Update here.
