Announcing NAFSA Region XII 2023 Conference

Join us for ocean breezes as we ‘talk story’ about international education in gorgeous Honolulu, Hawaii!

The 2023 Region XII Conference will take place in Honolulu, Hawaii, October 18-20, 2023, with pre-conference workshops and activities October 16-17.

Our theme for this year is “Ohana: Bound Together through International Education.”

Our theme was submitted by Sharon Ericsson at UC Davis and selected by the Conference and the Hawaii/Pacific Islands District Teams. Thank you to everyone who submitted your creative and inspiring theme ideas!

Key Region XII 2023 Conference Dates:

• Session Proposal Portal Open: April 26

• Session Proposals Close: June 9

• Sponsorship & Exhibitor Portal Open: June 22

• Registration Opens: August 16

• Pre-Conference Workshops & Activities: October 16 -17

• Conference Dates: October 18 – 20
