Notice of Final Regulations: Annual Reports Submissions and Labor Market Identification Data
On July 11, 2022, new regulations were filed with the California Secretary of State to add additional requirements to the Annual Report submitted by approved institutions by December 1 each year. Under the changes to the Bureau’s regulation at 5 CCR 74110, which are effective immediately, all institutions submitting a 2021 Annual Report must include specified information about students who graduated from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2021.
