Second Lawsuit Against Gainful Employment Filed

A new complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas challenging the U.S. Department of Education’s gainful employment rule. Ogle School Management, LLC and Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, LLC filed the lawsuit against the Department, which is the second lawsuit against the gainful employment rule. The plaintiffs are represented by Paul Clement of Clement & Murphy.

CECU views this as a positive development, as we now have a second lawsuit in play on these critically important issues. We will continue to engage all stakeholders and keep our members abreast of the latest developments.
